Aging Gracefully (All classes are offered both in-person & virtually via Zoom)

This class is ideal for Senior Citizens or people preparing their bodies to be healthy for aging. In a 50+ class, the students will learn yoga postures to strengthen and stretch muscles, protect joints and promote balance at a slower and more gentle pace. Yoga props such as blocks, chairs and blankets will be used to make the postures accessible to everyone. Relaxation techniques, such as meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques) will also be covered. Participants for this class must be able to stand and walk on their own with relative ease.
Beginning Yoga

Are you curious about yoga? Maybe you're a little bit nervous about joining a class. Well, this yoga class is perfect for the beginning yoga student. The participants need only show up with a curious attitude.
